How to Book

Login with your employee ID and departmental credentials issued by your department's nodal officer.

Select Circuit House
Browse available circuit houses by district or division. Check real-time room availability.

Submit Booking Request
Fill in travel dates, purpose of visit, officer details and upload the forwarding letter.

Get Confirmation
The District Collector's office approves within 24 hours. Confirmation SMS is sent to your registered mobile.

Rules & Guidelines
- Valid government ID proof (service card / Aadhaar) mandatory at check-in.
- Booking exclusively for government officers and employees on official duty.
- Maximum stay is 7 days unless extended with prior approval of District Collector.
- Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before check-in to avoid charges.
- Alcohol prohibited inside circuit house premises.
- No private guests allowed after 10:00 PM.
