This portal is operated by the General Administration Department, Government of Rajasthan (“Department”) for booking and managing government circuit house accommodation.
Information we collect
- Officer identity details (name, employee/service ID, designation, department)
- Contact details (mobile number, official email)
- Booking details (circuit house, dates, room type, purpose of visit)
- Supporting documents uploaded for verification (e.g. forwarding letter)
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps for security
How information is used
- To process, approve, and track accommodation requests
- To communicate booking status via SMS/email where enabled
- To prevent fraud, misuse, and unauthorized access
- To improve service quality and audit official usage
Sharing
Personal data is shared only with authorized government offices involved in allotment (for example District Collector offices and circuit house managers). Data is not sold to private third parties.
Retention & security
Records are retained as required by government record-keeping norms. Access is limited to authorized personnel. Officers should avoid sharing passwords or OTPs.
