Eligibility
This portal is intended for authorized government officers and employees on official duty. Unauthorized use, including attempts to book accommodation without entitlement, is prohibited.
Booking conditions
- Allotment is subject to availability and approval by the competent authority.
- A booking request is not a confirmed reservation until status is Confirmed.
- Valid government ID must be presented at check-in.
- Maximum stay is generally 7 days unless extended with prior approval.
- Cancellation should be made at least 24 hours before check-in where applicable.
User responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and valid supporting documents.
- Safeguard login credentials issued by the department nodal officer.
- Follow circuit house rules, including guest and conduct policies.
Liability
The Department provides this service on a best-effort basis for official accommodation. Temporary unavailability due to maintenance, network issues, or force majeure does not create a claim for damages against the Government of Rajasthan.
Changes
Terms may be updated through official circulars. Continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
